- Equipment Diagnostics & Telemetry Data: Model numbers, serial numbers, firmware revision numbers, fault alarm codes, and bench test curve tracing data associated with hardware submitted for evaluation.
- Automated Web Telemetry & Cookies: IP addresses, browser specs, device identifiers, and page interaction metrics collected automatically via cookies, Google Analytics, and Firebase hosting infrastructure to optimize web performance and site navigation.

Apex maintains administrative, technical, and physical security safeguards aligned with NIST cybersecurity framework standards. Custom PLC code files, machine parameter backups, and diagnostic bench telemetry captured during unit evaluation are encrypted and restricted strictly to authorized bench engineers.
